We work with reclyclo.com to process our organic waste.

Why Recyclo in Brussels?

- Because 126,000 tons of food waste are produced every year.

- Because more than 90% of this waste, i.e. 118,000 tons, is incinerated every year.

- Because we want to prove to

Brussels-Environment that it is possible

to make compost with animal by-products

in urban areas.

As this treatment has an important cost, the

main dishes and the menu at Le Tournant

increase by 0,15€. This is a way for you to participate in the improvement of the waste management in Brussels.
